Martin Pitkeathly - Director and Principal Financial Adviser
Founder of the business since 2003, Martin started out in financial services in 1992. He has advised clients on investment and pensions for over 25 years and prides himself on maintaining his long standing clients that has helped Capital Manor to become an established local company dealing with clients mainly on a face to face basis.
He has a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning including the pension update and most recently the Cii level 3 Award in Long Term Care.
Martin is married with grown up children and enjoys most sports and socialising.
Paul Gregory - Director and Principal Financial Adviser
Co-owner of the business, Paul grew up in Caddington and is well known in the local area. Paul joined the company in 2003 and has vast experience and knowledge of Residential, Buy-to-Let and Specialist mortgage lending as well as Investment and Pension advice.
He has a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as well as Certificate in Financial Planning, Mortgage Advice and Equity Release.
Paul is married with three young children and, in any spare time that he has, he plays a variety of sports and socialises with friends
Steven Coote - Mortgage Adviser
A Mortgage and Protection Advisor, Steve also grew up in Caddington and is well known in and around the local Villages. Steve has been part of our team since January 2014 and has a great knowledge of the financial services market due to his background in commercial and retail banking.
Steve is CeMAP and RO5 qualified for Mortgage and Protection advice. He is currently studying for a Diploma in Financial advice.
He has been with his Partner Sara for the past 16 years and has a young son called Logan. Steve also enjoys socialising and most sports including rugby, football and golf.
Sallyann Hills - Office Manager
Sally Hills has worked at Capital Manor since 2003 and is an associate member of the Beneficial Trust & Will Writing Company who are members of the Institute of Professional Will Writers and The Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners who are the country’s leading professional bodies for the will writing industry.
Sally is married with grown up children and grandchildren, enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
Millie Cox - Mortgage Administrator
Millie Cox joined the team at Capital Manor in 2015 as an Office Administrator and has recently expanded her role by becoming a personal assistant to the mortgage brokers. She has recently passed her CeMap 1 Exam and is currently studying for her next exam towards becoming a fully qualified mortgage broker.
Millie was born and brought up in the local area. She enjoys going to the gym, travelling with friends and spending quality time with family.
George Cowley - Paraplanner
George Cowley joined the company in January 2016, as a Trainee Paraplanner. George has passed his R01 - RO5 exams with the view of very soon completing the final exam to allow him to become an Adviser.
George enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys golf and football.
Dana Summerfield - Office Administrator
Dana Summerfield is the latest member of the Capital Manor team, joining us as an Office Administrator. Dana enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her two Greyhounds. In her spare time she enjoys doing photography, travelling and watching the latest films at the cinema.

How we are paid
Capital Manor Financial Advisors Ltd offers you an initial meeting to understand in broad terms, your needs and objectives and to agree with you that our services are right for you going forward. This meeting usually lasts for around one hour, the cost of which is met by our firm.
Thereafter we charge for our advice by way of a fee. You can agree to have our fees deducted from your investment premium(s) prior to its investment.
We will always confirm both verbally and in writing to you the cost of our advice and how and when you will be asked to pay for this. We will ask for your agreement to the cost of our advice and the payment method by asking you to sign our fee agreement.
Generally we will ask you to pay for our services at the end of the advice process.
Please note that if you have paid for our advice by way of a cheque, and you subsequently cancel the policy within the statutory cooling off period, we will not refund the fee received.
No fee will be paid for Life Assurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection, Accident Sickness & Unemployment, Home Insurance, and Private Medical Insurance. We will be paid by commission from the company that has already been included in the premium.
